| Departmental Users |

Departmental users who have completed Basic User Training can reserve time on the XRD by emailing
Christie. If you are using either the XRD or the PC for processing data, you must book and pay for the time,
as this prevents anyone else from using the facility. Rates for Winter 2015 will be $20/hr with no assistance.
This is a starter rate and it will be reassessed once the user flow is established.

| Other University Users |
|
Other university users, who have XRD experience and/or have completed the Basic User Training, may
reserve time in the lab. The billing rate is $40/hr, or by special arrangement (e.g. collaboration or
swapping of analytical services).

| Commercial |
|
No commercial services are currently offered. Persons seeking analysis services may contact Christie
to discuss particulars.
